(1) Activities
Symptoms: feeling bad (malaise).

(5) Hygiene
Signs: Dependence on all self-care needs.
(6) Neuro Sensory
Symptoms: Headache, paresthesias, numb in neural affected, loss of sensation, hyperalgesia, seizures, diplopia, photophobia, deafness and olfactory hallucinations.
Signs: lethargy to severe confusion to coma, delusions and hallucinations, memory loss, aphasia, anisokor, nystagmus, ptosis, generalized seizures / local, hemiparese, brudzinki sign or positive and positive Kernig, nuchal rigidity, positive Babinski, decreased reflexes and abdominal reflexes kremastetik loss in men.
